I’m really late with this update but it’s been a pretty weird last week so it couldn’t be helped. But better late, than never right? I hope everyone is okay and that you guys are enjoying your weeks. I’m still not reading but I’m powering through these k dramas. I think I have a problem guys. I don’t actually see it as a problem since I’m really loving the heck out of all of these dramas. So let’s get to the last couple of weeks in what I’ve been watching.

As an emotionally charged, uplifting medical drama, “Dr. Romantic” probes into seemingly cliched values regarding what makes a meaningful life. The story centers around a once-famous surgeon at the top of his field who suddenly retired to a secluded, countryside hospital. Those who cross his path learn about the values of life and comforts of love.
So recently, I watched Abyss on Netflix and came across Ahn Yeo Seop. I really liked his character, Cha Min, and thought he did a great job portraying him. So while I was browsing for a new show to watch, I came across Dr. Romantic 2, which he stars in. I’m interested in watching that show but first, I thought I’d get to know the world that Dr. Romantic 2 is about so I started this one. I ain’t gonna lie, I wanted to beat the shit out of the two main leads (Kang Dong Joo and Yoon Seo Joeng) in the early days of the show but they’re coming around. I’m really, really liking their character growth and I’m really enjoying the main character, Boo Young Joo. He’s the best doctor ever!

What’s On My Radar for Next Week
I was just thinking as I was catching up with blogs I hadn’t seen any recent posts from you (I still have over 100 posts to catch up on going back like a month, why did I stop reading blog posts?) so glad to see you again! How are you finding the time for all of these k dramas? I am impressed and seriously feel like I need to watch a few more now. I’ve been continuing my Buffy rewatch and I’m reading again! I’m not rubbing it in, it’s just it was like a month of no reading so I’m so happy to be back in some kind of groove. Audiobooks have helped with that, I can get through a book a day with YA contemporaries when I’m working.
Hey you!! Yeah, I’ve been thinking the same thing too. I need to stay on top of keeping up with what everyone is up to. Every time I go to read blog posts, I have to play catch up with 100+ blog posts to read through. Now I’m just going to everyone’s blog and catching up that way.
I’m still not reading, still watching a new k drama every couple of days since I understand enough Korean to watch without being glued to the subtitles. I can watch and work at the same time, haha.
I’m hoping to get a book read this week though cause I’ve got a zoom call with some book buddies next Saturday and I need to read the book first. Wish me luck!
