The Weekly Recap (158)

Posted January 18, 2021 by Rowena in Features | 0 Comments

For the most part, my days and nights are a routine of daily tasks. Get up for work, make some coffee, work, figure out dinner, cook or help my sister cook, take my meds, and though I should be bored by all of the mundane tasks that I do every single day, I’m not. I like having a routine. I like having a to-do list, I even like cleaning the house on Saturdays. I never, in a million years thought I would ever like waking up on Saturday to clean.

I’ve been living in Las Vegas for a little over two months and I think my body has finally become accustomed to this dry ass Vegas winter weather because I’m not struggling anymore. I was hating life for a few weeks but I’m super glad that all of that seems to be behind me now.

This post is coming to you a little late because I took the day off yesterday and then completely forgot to schedule this to go up this morning. Oops.

Anyway, let’s get into all of the things that I did last week…

Off the Blog

What I Watched

Run BTS
True Beauty
Naruto
BTS Prom Party – Re;View & Pre;View

Last week was a great week of TV watching for me. I’m really amping up on my Naruto binge watching and I’m wanting to spank Naruto less and less though now I’m wanting to spank all of the other kids, even Sasuke. True Beauty was great this week too. Holy shit, Lee Su Ho!!! This week’s BTS concert/fan event that I watched was the BTS Prom Party and that was yet another fantastic show. I really want to see these guys live in concert. I can’t wait for them to start touring again.

What I Read

Training Camp by Wesley King and Kobe Bryant (Rain) | 4 out of 5

It took me a couple of days to get into Rain’s story but once I had a grasp on what was going on, the story really picked up and I ended up liking this one. I’m breaking up each kids story since it’s a lot to read at one time so next month, I’ll read the next story. Still, Rain’s book was a solid one.

What I Listened To

Love Yourself 承: Her
Love Yourself 轉: Tear
Love Yourself 結: Answer

Oh man, this set of albums was fantastic and I think most of my favorite songs are on the Love Yourself: Tear album. So much goodness so it was a great week in music for me.
