I’m a list person. I have a list for every single thing in my life from a to-do list, a list of books that I want to read, a running shopping list, and in the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing different k-entertainment lists that I’ve been keeping track of. You’ll be seeing my top 5 lists of stuff like my current celebrity crushes, my favorite k-drama female protagonists, my favorite k-drama male protagonists, my to-be-watched k-dramas, and you know, stuff like that.

This week’s Wednesday Five will feature the Acting Pairs I Wanna see in a Drama.

1. Gong Yoo and Song Hye Kyo

I’d love to see these two as main leads in a grown folks k-drama. I adore Gong Yoo’s fine ass and I’d watch him sleep if he recorded it. I love watching him in k-dramas (even in that god awful Big k-drama that I just could not get behind) and I’d love to watch him in a suspenseful romantic drama with Song Hye Kyo. Something where they’re both big-shot lawyers who hate each other but have to work together to take down the bad guys and through it all, they fall in love.

2. Park Seo Joon and Lee Hyeri

It is not a secret that Park Seo Joon is my #1 boo thang. I love him like whoa and I’ve been waiting ever so patiently for his next project. I would love to see him in a romantic comedy with my #1 girl crush, Lee Hyeri. I’d love to see the two of them in a show where he had a rough childhood and the minute he could get out, he left and never came back. But then his horrible parents died and he comes back to town for the funeral and to clean up their space and runs into his best friend’s younger sister, played by Hyeri, who brightens his world up and changes his jaded view of life…and they fall in love and live happily ever after.

3. Park Hyung Sik and Go Yoon Jung

I love me some Park Hyung Sik and I just finished watching him in Happiness so I’m already looking forward to his next project. The actress that I’m curious and very interested in seeing him work with is Go Yoon Jung. I saw Yoon Jung in Law School and really enjoyed her acting so I’d love to see her in a light romantic comedy where she’s our struggling female lead who runs across her high school crush, played by Hyung Sik of course, years later and he asks her to pretend to be his girlfriend to get his family off his back and …they fall in love.

4. Park Bo Gum and Han Hyo Joo

Park Bo Gum and Han Hyo Joo are so freaking beautiful that I would love to watch the two of them be beautiful together in a k-drama. I can see them doing the whole best friends to lovers thing. He has been in love with her since they were kids but they could never get their timing right and when he starts to move on, she develops feelings for him and goes through goofy hell trying to get her man and in the end, he realizes that of course it’s always been her and they get married and live happily ever after.

5. Lee Je Hoon and Nam Ji Hyun

I have enjoyed these two in every single drama that I’ve watched them in and I would love to see them pair up in a drama where they’re both married to each other but living secret lives as like, I don’t know, assassins or something and well, I’d love to see them in a Mr. and Mrs. Smith kind of drama where they find out that they’re both bad asses after they get married and then they join forces to find out who killed their dog and then rain hellfire down on those bitches. Yeah, I want to see them in that.

Can you tell that I read a lot of romance novels? LOL. I still want all of this.

    • Same!! I want all of these couple pairings paired up in a drama soon. Another one that I didn’t know I needed was Park Bo Gum and IU. That’s close to happening or so I hear. Yay!
